Tara has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, and is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.
Tara has a very diverse cooking background which includes working in New Orleans, Nantucket, Saratoga Springs and most recently, Santiago, Chile. She spent the past twenty years working in Saratoga Springs, NY, and has experience in both the front and back of the house as well as in all areas of the kitchen including Executive Chef and Pastry Chef. Tara’s most recent experience has been learning a Basque’s family traditional cuisine at the Pinpilinpausha Restaurant in Santiago, Chile. Tara loves to continue learning new styles of cooking and has a unique ability of incorporating her favorite tastes into her very own creations.
