Rates are based on double occupancy and availability. They do not apply to special event weekends. Most summer and special event weekends require a 2night minimum stay. 13% State and City Tax is not included. Sorry but NO PETS are allowed at the B&B, apartment or cabin.

Breezy Knoll Cabin on Lake Desolation
(20 minutes from Saratoga Springs in the town of Middle Grove)
The Breezy Knoll cabin on Lake Desolation is available mid- May through mid- October 2010. Regular rate of $650 per week. Discounts for multiple weeks available. Some partial weeks/weekends available. See the page on this web site for pictures and a full description.
Carriage House Apartment at the Geyser Lodge, Saratoga Springs
Our two (2) bedroom apartment sleeps four (4) and is fully furnished with a full kitchen and a large bathroom with a tub/shower. Cathedral ceilings, large open "great room." Washer/dryer. Dishwasher. Microwave. Cable TV/DVD. Air conditioned. Plenty of closet space. One queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom. Call or email for our reasonable rates.
