2012 RATES at the Geyser Lodge Bed and Breakfast, Saratoga Springs

***Current rates are noted below. Rates are based on double occupancy and availability. They do not apply to special event weekends. Most summer and special event weekends require a 2night minimum stay. 13% State and City Tax is not included. Sorry but NO PETS are allowed at the B&B, apartment or cabin.

New York City Ballet, Orchestra, Opera and racing discounts are available for longer stays.  Our suites and rooms are great for a week or longer stay for "ballet moms," performers, family reunions and other extended stay guests.

• March 1st - April 30th: - Rates start at $109, suites at $139, Apt. at $169
• May 1st - May 31st: - Rates start at $119, suites at $149, Apt. at $179
• June 1st - July 27th: - Rates start at $129, suites at $159, Apt. at $189
• July 20th - Labor Day: - Racing Season
  • Weekday rates start at $189
  • Weekend rates start at $209

• September 6th - October 31st: - Rates start at $119, suites at $149
• November 1st - December 30th: - Rates start at $109, suites at $139

  We offer discounted rates for 3 or more nights, November through April; 4 or more nights in May/June/September/October; 5 or more nights in July and August.

LAKE DESOLATION "Breezy Knoll" CABIN Availability for 2012:

• Available mid-May 2012 through the end of October 2012. Weekend rates $350 for 2 or 3 nights. Weekly rates of $550-$650. To see availability please click the availability link above.
